My Self-Advocacy Plan

My learning challenges are: short attentions span if I'm not interested, I start thinking about other things in a lecture.

I like working with students because they make me happy and excited to come to work everyday!

I am most successful when the teacher gives assignments in the form of short, relevant activities that keep me engaged and focused on what I am supposed to be learning.

I do best in classes when the teacher presents information through activities.

I can share what I have learned best by being patient with people and explaining the task until it is understood.

My learning strenghts are: good listening skills, enthusiasm for learning, and a positive attitude.

I would be more successful if I had these accommodations: a teacher who is patient while I ask questions, help when I ask for it, and a chance to fix my mistakes.

My responsibilities are: to try my hardest, ask questions when I don't understand, come to class prepared, and help people who need my help.

My Self-Advocacy Plan Mrs. Williams Period 1

I learn best by doing the work or task myself
